More heavy rain is causing surface water flooding in Cumbria and North Lancashire.
Drivers are being urged to take extra care and not to go through water they don't know the depth of.
Meanwhile, the Environment Agency has issued new flood alerts for a number of Cumbrian rivers.
They're for the Kent and Bela; the Brathay, Rothay and Winster; and the Duddon, Crake and Mill Beck.
Flood alerts are the lowest level of warning from the Environment Agency - it means be prepared for flooding. Low lying land and roads will be at risk.
The Environment Agency added it wasn't expecting to put flood warnings in place on any major rivers in the county as water levels have returned to normal since Storm Desmond hit a fortnight ago.
However, smaller watercourses may not be able to cope with the latest downpours.

The Met Office has a series of yellow weather warnings in place for more rain over the next four days, at least.
Forecasters says the expected levels of rain wouldn't ordinarily lead to an alert but the ground is so saturated that localised flooding could occur.
