Kendal's new business hub - The Mintworks - is officially opened this morning (Friday).
SLDC's 'Invest in South Lakeland' team has refurbished the building at 124 Highgate into modern office space.
It'll support start-ups and small businesses.
The council also says bringing the long-empty building back into use will spruce up Kendal's high street.
