Members of the Bay Search and Rescue who performed above and beyond during December's floods have made a presentation at the National Trauma Conference.
The team passed on what they'd learnt to other rescue outfits as well as medical experts at the event in Staffordshire this week.
They then took questions from the audience.
A post on the Bay Search and Rescue Facebook page read: "A great day at the National Trauma Conference today.
"Very privileged to be asked to present what BSAR did during the horrific floods in Cumbria and Lancashire.
"A great mix in the audience from lowland rescue team members to A&E consultants, it must have gone well as they all stayed awake and there were even questions on our superb team at the end.
"Many thanks to the organisers of the National Trauma Conference , a great event and well supported."
