As people try to clear flooded properties in the Northwest, forecasters warn that more rain's expected in the coming days.
The Government's promised some tax relief for around 5-thousand homes and businesses affected in Cumbria and Lancashire following Storm Desmond.
A yellow weather warning for both wind and rain is in force in Cumbria and North Lancashire, which the Met Office says could cause more localised flooding.
The warning is in place now, and will remain in force until 3am tomorrow.
The rain will become persistent and heavy at times over high ground before clearing early tomorrow.

An American-style airboat, most commonly associated with the US Everglades, has been used to get tap water flowing again to a cut-off Lake District community.
Engineers from United Utilities hitched a ride on the specialist Bay Search and Rescue boat, to reach Martindale pumping station near Ullswater, restoring tap water supplies to the Patterdale and Glenridding.
The community, cut off by flooded roads and a major landslip, had been without water, electricity and phone lines since the floods hit at the weekend.
The boat - which has a flat bottom, was the only craft capable of reaching the area.
