The Met Office has issued an advanced weather warning for rain across the Northwest this weekend.
It's a yellow alert, which is the lowest level of warning.
Forecasters say a persistant, slow-moving front of wet weather will arrive on Saturday afternoon and linger until Monday morning.
There's a chance of flooding where standing water is already present; and on rivers which are already running high.
It's thought there could be up to 2 centimetres of rainfall in parts over a day-and-a-half.
