A public meeting's being held next month, to give people a chance to have a say on the future of the fire station in Arnside.
The consultation drop-in event's being held at the Educational Institute on Church Hill on the 9th of December between midday and 7pm.
Last month it was revealed that 40 retained firefighters could be axed, along with the fire stations in Walney, Staveley and Arnside.
