The High Court's ordered a new inquest into how a 13-month-old girl from Cumbria died in 2012.
The previous one took less than 10 minutes to decide the death of Poppi Worthington from Barrow-in-Furness was unexplained.
But very little about the case has been made public - and no-one's ever been charged over it.
Today's hearing was granted following work earlier this year by the senior coroner for Cumbria, David Roberts.
