Overnight closures scheduled to begin on the M6 between Lancaster and Carnforth from tonight, have been postponed.
The stretch between junctions 34 and 35 was going to be shut between 10pm and 5am for the next five nights, for work on the Heysham/M6 Link Road.
Yesterday's strong winds has caused delays getting a crane ready for bridge work though.
The work is now provisionally planned to start tomorrow night, weather permitting.
