Police are appealing for members of the public to help identify property which is believed to be stolen.
Police recovered numerous items of jewellery, watches, ornaments and crockery following a house search on the 14th of May in Kendal.
A selection of old and foreign coins and two books were also found during the search.
Police believe these items are stolen.
The search was conducted following an unrelated arrest of two people who were subsequently charged with shoplifting.
Detective Constable Tom Pearman, of South Cumbria CID, said: "We are seeking the owners of these items which we believe have been stolen. The items are all unique and we hope are readily identifiable by the correct owners."
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 and ask to speak to DC 2453 Pearman.
