More than 160 teams are coming to the Lake District this weekend, for a challenge organised by the Walking With the Wounded charity.
It's the fourth time 'The Cumbrian Challenge' has been held.
It starts from the Grasmere Sports Ground on Saturday morning, with three different routes depending on participants' abilities.
Last year, £170,000 was raised.
