The Kendal branch of Lancastrian Estates is moving to new premises on the edge of the town centre.
The change of location has come about by the decision of Marsden Building Society - who they share office space with, to close their operations in North Lancashire and South Cumbria.
The new office will open at Unit One in the Riverside Business Park on Natland Road on the 23rd of May.
Lancastrian’s Managing Director David Robinson said: “The decision to withdraw by our former partners focused our minds. Twenty first century estate agency has changed. How we conduct our business is radically different now than when we started eleven years ago. We meet new challenges every day and we have changed our business model with huge success.
"Most of our business is conducted digitally on our website, through search engines, by email and telephone. Face to face contact in the office is largely confined to the business end of the transaction.”
The telephone number - 01539 733373, will remain the same.
Meanwhile, the new Morecambe office will open in early July in Bare Village, when building work is completed.
Until then, the Lancaster head office on Church Street will host the Morecambe team.
