A Cumbrian man has been found guilty of being in possession of drugs worth an estimated £85,000 near Kendal.
41-year old Craig Corner of Quentin Gardens Cumwhinton near Carlisle has admitted possessing cocaine and cannabis with intent to supply.
Corner was found with the drugs when his vehicle was stopped by police near Junction 36 of the M6 back in April.
A second man, 30-year old Adam Oakley was found guilty of being in possession of drugs worth over £36,000 at his Scotby Close home in Carlisle.
Oakley admitted to possession and conspiring with Corner to supply the drugs at Carlisle Crown Court today.
Both men are due to be sentenced next month and were remanded in custody.
Judge Paul Batty QC said: "You are intelligent men and you know that custodial sentences of some length are inevitable."
