BT engineers are still working to get the phonelines to local hospitals working properly again.
The recent flooding affected part of the phone system that's used to get in touch directly with some departments and wards at Westmorland General, Furness General, and the Royal Lancaster Infirmary.
It's being worked on "as a priority".
In the meantime, the main switchboard number should be used.
