Cumbria Police have identified a missing teenager who was found dead in the Lake District yesterday.
19-year-old Scott Dores was reported missing just after 10pm on Friday the 18th of December, after he failed to turn up for his shift at work.
His body was later found in a stream at the bottom of a hill at a junction for Holm Rook/Eskdale Green.
It's believed he crashed his Yamaha motorcycle, but police investigations are ongoing.
Scott's family have released a statement.
“It is with great sadness that Scott has so tragically been taken from us. He was a much loved partner to his fiancée Holly and doting dad to Connie Mae.
"He was a lifelong Norwich supporter and enjoyed being creative in his job as a chef.
"He will be sorely missed by all that knew him and he will never be forgotten”
Police are appealing for any witnesses to the accident or seen a Yamaha motorcycle travelling in the area of Eskdale prior to the collision. A
nyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 and ask to speak to PC 2032 Denver Matthews.
